Sunrise…
Some days… I think God is just showing off for all of us to see how wonderful He is. I took this on one of those days…. (if only I could have captured half the beauty…) Seeing a beautiful sunrise can make my entire day…

I'm just a guy trying to live my life the best I can. I am married to the woman of my dreams. I have a 8 year old daughter that I love dearly. I'm trying my best to keep my relationship with God as good as I can. I work too much, struggle with finances, have a family, house, pets, and misc. other stuff to keep up with along with trying to have my hobbies of woodworking and N-scale trains. Basically… I am living the American Dream and I couldn't be happier!

Your sunrise reminds me of when we used to rent a beach house at Fort Walton Beach, FL, and I’d sneak out to watch the sun rise.

Once, in 1995, I was in England visiting Leeds Castle… which isn’t my favourite place, but…
It was about to storm, but half the sky was blue… storm clouds and absolute blue… half and half.
On top of the hill, near the grotto, I looked down through the trees and saw a horse standing near a shed… I wish I could describe the scene properly… it was a real “Zen” moment… absolute beauty.
I snapped a photo… that I later discarded as it came no where near the perfection I had witnessed.
If I return to Leeds, I hope at least SOME of those elements are still there… just to remind me.
Wow, That is one stunning shot, Guppy! I always said (as a child) the ray beams are the souls going to heaven… I still say it when I see such a beautiful site.
